Internships of 1–2 semesters and partnerships with hotels, restaurants and event organisers across Tangerang Raya and Jabodetabek.

Practicum-First Learning

At least 60% of each program is hands-on — kitchen, restaurant, front office and event laboratories run as Teaching Factories.

Professional Certification
